SHIPPING POLICY
All orders received by 4:00pm EST will ship within 2-4 days after the order was placed. Orders with an out of stock or backordered item are not subject to this shipping policy. Should an order have a backordered item, BotanoHealth will ship the entire order once the backordered item is in stock, or ship available products while following up with shipping for the backordered product once it arrives in stock. Backordered products will be communicated on the product detail page.
Shipping based on contiguous 48 states. Additional shipping fees may apply to Hawaii and Alaska.
REFUND POLICY
We want you to be fully happy with your purchase from BotanoHealth. So if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll happily offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Simply return your purchase in unaltered, like-new condition along with the order confirmation email/packing slip and any physical paperwork or packaging with the item(s) in your order. To return your item(s), please contact us and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #).
